经理人的时间管理 2006/10/3 9:31:00

十一假期给自己选择了一本书,是以前出差在美国买的。《Time Tactics of Very successful Peoplefrom Mr. B. Eugene Griessman. 近来为一些公司做了一些经理人的基本培训,其中包括经理人的自我管理的内容,或者称为为经理人的时间管理。

 

书中有一段,是关于”Create a to-do list that works, and work your list”, 强调”Don’t try to remember everything: write it down.”

 

Make sure your next day’s tasks are written down before the light goes outThere are several good reasons why this is a good advice:

 

1.         If the tasks are written down, you can sleep more soundly. Otherwise your mind mad disturb you all night long with the message: “Don’t forget. Don’t forget. Don’t forget.” It is mentally trying trying not to forget.

2.         If the tasks are written down, your mind is freed to solve problems, not just remember them. It’s amazing what the unconscious mind can do if you let it work on problems. The brain work like a parallel processor, doing foreground tasks and background tasks simultaneously. Once you write something down, your brain can transfer it to a background task and start working on the problem even though you’re not consciously aware it.

3.         If the tasks are written down, you have taken a step toward commitment. If a task is not worth written down, it’s probably not worth doing.

 

时间管理是经理人的基本功,需要养成良好的工作习惯。管理就是控制,控制首先从

控制时间开始。
